- Please bring help to move larger items, we will help if available but if you know your buying a large item, we ask that you bring help. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

This beautiful home belonged to a very talented builder/handyman and he has a TON of extremely nice tools, building supplies, yard tools, ladders, artwork, furniture, decor, electronics, mens name brand clothing(Medium & Large), Carhartt, Under Armour, Adidas, Nike and more, area rugs, a utility trailer, kitchen supplies, Christmas items and much more. Most of his hand tools are battery operated and he has many various brands including DeWalt, Ryobi, Bosch, Milwaukee, Kobalt, Bostitch, Paslode and more!!
There are lots of quality items at this house and you will be able to see that once you walk up to the house. The home is beautiful and very clean! Please be sure to mark your calendars for September 18th and 19th. The first day will be full price and the second day will be 50% off.
