Sale is located in Trowbridge Woods off of Golf Course Rd. Sign at the top says private drive but it is a private road and a subdivision. Follow the signs. As always, please be kind of the neighbors and do not block driveways and mailboxes. There will be minimal parking in the driveway and we need to leave it open as much as possible for pickups. You must be physically able to do stairs and walk inclines and descents. All item sold "As Is, Where Is". No photography or video calls. No Refund or Returns. No Early Sales, please. This is an upscale sale with many beautiful items. It has all been reset and restaged. Please look closely at the pictures. We have everything to make a house a home and a garage that is stuffed with many tools, woodworking items and lots of powered tools. We have a Dust Collector, Table Saw, Belt Sand, Drum Sander. Definitely worth a walk thru! Unfortunately, this is an expedited clean out. Sunday Closing is firm. Everything that is purchased must be removed by noon on Sunday.
