-Numbers will be handed out 30 minutes before the sale opens.
- Sale hours are 9:30 am-5:30 pm on Thursday, 10-2-25, and Friday, 10-3-25, and Saturday, 10-4-25, 10a-2p
-If it's raining, please remove your shoes.
-Addison Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents, falls, or injuries on the days of the sale.
-You enter the property AT YOUR OWN RISK.
-Enter and Exit through designated doors ONLY.
-Bathrooms are NOT available for public use
-We may only ALLOW so many people in the sale simultaneously. This will allow for a more pleasurable shopping experience and traffic flow.
-Cash or Credit Card Only.
-All sales are final. All items are sold AS-IS without guarantee, written, expressed, or implied.
-No presales
-We do not load out purchases. Bring help and tools to disassemble and load your large items.
-ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation, and equipment.
-All items sold must be paid for immediately.
-Notifications given on the days of the sale take precedence over any prior written information.
-A sign-up sheet or numbers "may' be handed out approx 30 Minutes before the start of the sale. By an Addison ES Associate. We are not responsible for sign-up sheets or any other placeholding method but will honor those without complaints or disagreements.
- We Can Not answer any inquiries regarding price via email or telephone
-Announcements made on the day of sale take precedence over any published material.
-Due to circumstances beyond our control, the estate owner or representative will occasionally remove an item(s) from the home after the sale is published. We make every effort to notify our customers before the sale if this happens, but if you are driving a long distance for a certain item, please feel free to contact us.
