Directions
There is LIMITED PARKING on the property. Parking on site will be marked and sectioned off. Once parking is full you will have to drive a few house down to Blake's parking lot. There is NO SHOULDER on the road out front for parking either. You may pull into the driveway to drop off people and load items of you are not parked on the property. Dates

-Cash and credit/debit card accepted (with fee)
- Enter and exit through designated areas only
- We will NOT be passing out street numbers. we will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
-No early access or presale of items in the sale.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange of purchased items. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.
