Nothing to be removed from premises until purchases are paid for.

All sales are final no returns - Everything sold as is where it is.

Kindly be aware: Our Four Season team members are unable to assist with lifting or moving furniture or large items from the house. If you’re considering purchasing large furniture pieces, please bring your own assistance. Thank you!

Sign up Sheet: Official Four Seasons sign in sheet will be out at 9:00 am the FIRST day of the sale ONLY! All other days are on a first come first serve basis.

We will open at the posted time and NOT before!

ABSOLUTELY NO SALES PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF THE SALE, so please do not ask. We are not able to answer specific questions regarding pricing.

Bring boxes and packing material and help (particularly for furniture) to take all your treasures home! We will have a limited supply so ensure your purchases make it home safely.

LIABILITY WAIVER The sellers or the liquidators of this estate sale are NOT liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun!
