EARLY SIGN-IN / ENTRY PROCESS
A Mid-Michigan Estates (MM) official sign-in sheet will be placed outside the home at 8:00am each morning (1 hour prior to opening).
The first 20 names on the sheet will receive first entry.
Additional customers will be admitted in an orderly flow as space allows.
Street Sheet Policy:
MM will honor a street sheet ONLY IF the first person remains on-site until 8:00am.
At 8:00am, MM staff will transfer names to the official sign-in sheet.
SIGN-IN / REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
ONE name per entry (no placeholders).
Clearly print your first and last name.
Be present at the check-in table by 8:50am.
When your name is called, announce yourself and proceed as directed.
CHECKOUT & HOLD AREA
One centralized checkout and secure hold area will be located in the living room.
All purchases must be brought to this area for processing.
Staff will be stationed throughout the home and at checkout to assist customers.
BIDDING POLICY
Bidding is accepted on items $100 and above.
Submit bids at checkout using our bid forms.
Bids are reviewed at the end of each sale day.
Some exclusions apply.
REMOVAL OF LARGE ITEMS
Buyers must provide their own labor and transportation for large or heavy items.
We strongly encourage bringing help for large purchases.
A moving device may be available upon request, depending on item size and distance.
All items must be removed during sale hours, unless prior arrangements are made.
Please use care when removing items—buyers are responsible for any damage to the home or merchandise
