Cash or Venmo will be accepted. All sales are final and everything sold as is. No early sales. Bring help to carry large items, staff will not help load cars. We are not responsible for accidents. Items are on 2 levels. Driveway for pick up only.
We will not be able to give out prices prior to the sale or answer questions as we will be busy pricing up until the day of the sale.
Sale will begin at 9am each day. There will be a sign up sheet daily as needed. Sign up starts at 8am.
Day One is FULL PRICE
Day Two is 25% off
Day Three is 50% off or make an offer.
Some select items will be marked firm and will not be reduced.
All items purchased must be picked up by the last day of the sale.

Years of treasures will be found in this sale. Everything from household items, quality furniture and antiques.
The items in this home have been well taken care of and many of the furniture items show little or no wear. Couches are flex steel and one set is down filled.
Many exceptional embroidered wall hangings and handmade hook rugs.
Kayaks, toy hauler, lift chair, lift bed, patio furniture, grills, cookware, tv's, stereo, lamps, art, beautiful vintage wedding dress and so much more.
