4. SPECIAL EXCEPTION — 35' × 85' HOOP HOUSE: The buyer will have THREE DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION, THROUGH TUESDAY, OCTOBER 27, 2026, to dismantle and completely remove the structure.
5. Buyers purchasing large or oversized equipment should make appropriate arrangements before bidding.
