Important Notice for This Sale
This is a high-demand estate sale. Due to the exceptional quality and quantity of items available, we anticipate significant attendance. Please be prepared for potential wait times to enter the property, especially on opening day. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Entry & Safety
Enter at Your Own Risk. By entering the property, you acknowledge and accept that estate sales take place in private residences that may present hazards including but not limited to: uneven flooring, stairs, narrow passageways, cluttered spaces, low lighting, tripping hazards, and items that may shift or fall. Aaron's Estate Sales, its employees, and the property owner are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or personal property damage that may occur on the premises. Please watch your step, supervise children at all times, and exercise caution while shopping.
You Break It, You Buy It. Please handle all items with care. If you damage or break an item, you will be responsible for purchasing it at the marked price.
Children & Pets. Children must be supervised at all times. We ask that you leave pets at home for their safety and the safety of other shoppers.
Bags & Personal Items. We reserve the right to inspect bags, backpacks, and large purses upon exit. This policy helps protect both our clients and our honest shoppers.

Street Numbers & Line Management
What are "Street Numbers"?
We use a self-managed street number system to organize entry at the start of the sale. Here's how it works:

The first person to arrive at the sale creates a list and assigns themselves number one.
That individual becomes responsible for handing out numbers to others who arrive.
They must remain on-site to manage the list until the doors open.
All other shoppers may leave and return just before the sale opens.
Aaron's Early Access members will be admitted 15 minutes prior to opening.
At 10:00 AM, the general public is admitted in numerical order based on the street number list.

Please note: Aaron's Estate Sales is not responsible for managing or enforcing this list system. It is upheld by the honor of our shoppers. Disputes over list placement will not be mediated by our staff.
Capacity Limits. For safety and comfort, we limit the number of shoppers inside the home at any given time. During busy sales, you may be asked to wait outside until others exit. Thank you for your cooperation.

Pricing & Discounts
All items are priced as marked. Prices are firm on opening day. Discounts may be offered on subsequent days of the sale at our discretion and will be posted on-site.
Negotiation. While we price items fairly based on current market values, reasonable offers may be considered later in the sale. Our staff has final say on all pricing decisions.

Refund Policy
We offer same-day, same-sale refunds for items that are found to be non-functional, provided the buyer presents a receipt.
We do not issue refunds under the following conditions:

Buyer changes their mind
Item is functional and in the condition described
Item was sold "as-is" (which includes all items unless otherwise noted)
Refund is requested after the sale has ended

If the sales manager is unable to assist with a refund on-site due to circumstances outside their control, they will refer you to our office in Ferndale for further assistance.

Purchases & Pick-Up
All Sales Are Final. Items are sold as-is, where-is. We make every effort to accurately describe items, but we are not experts in all fields. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
Same-Day Pick-Up. All items must be picked up and paid for on the same day of purchase unless other arrangements have been made with the sales manager.
Large Item Pick-Up. We typically have staff on-site who can assist with loading items into your vehicle. If you need to return during sale hours to pick up an item, we will issue you a receipt to present upon return.
We do not offer delivery services or hold items beyond the sale dates.
Furniture Removal. Buyers are responsible for safely removing purchased furniture. We recommend bringing appropriate help and equipment (blankets, dollies, tie-downs) for large items.

Previews & Pre-Sales
We do not allow public previews or pre-sales. All items approved by the client for sale are made available to the public at the official opening time on a first-come, first-served basis.

Conduct
Respectful Behavior Required. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave who is disruptive, disrespectful to staff or other shoppers, or otherwise behaving inappropriately. This includes arguing over prices, cutting in line, or aggressive behavior of any kind.
No Smoking or Vaping. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the home and on the property.
Photography. Photography for personal use is permitted. Commercial photography or videography requires prior approval.

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any minors in your care.
You release Aaron's Estate Sales and the property owner from any and all claims arising from your attendance at the sale.

Aaron's Estate Sales Presents: A Massive Birmingham Before Christmas Estate Sale

Step into this beautifully appointed Birmingham home filled with American traditional furnishings, original oil paintings, antique clocks, fine porcelain, and an exceptional collection of designer accessories and handbags.

This four-day sale features the complete contents of a well-curated home where quality was clearly the priority. Art collectors will appreciate the collection of 18th and 19th-century oil paintings including signed British maritime scenes by E. Fletcher and William Adolphus Knell, sporting art depicting hunting and hare coursing scenes, and pastoral landscapes. A collection of antique botanical engravings and hand-colored maps dating to the 1700s rounds out the fine art offerings.
