- We will NOT be passing out street numbers. we will let people in by the order they are lined up outside of the entrance.
-No early access or presale of items in the sale.
- Please bring help to move larger items. We may be able to assist if we are not busy, but do not rely on it.
- All purchased items must be removed before 4pm on the final sale day (or they will be donated with no refund)
- There are absolutely no refunds or exchange of purchased items. Please check all of your items before you purchase them. We do not offer guarantees on any item.
- We are not responsible for any injury, loss of or damage to personal property.
- Please be courteous of the neighbors and be mindful of where you park.

The couple who lived in this home were Artists, Architects and Race car drivers! Needless to say they live interesting lives and have acquired many interesting items!
This house is full of Vinyl records, Original artwork, Mid-Century Architecture art, vintage colored glass, tools, men& women's clothing, books, numismatic literature, office supplies, craft supplies, kitchen wares, board games, photos and slides of local auto shows and car racing from the 1960's and much more!
We also have a SECOND house on the same street that will be open for an estate sale so make sure you check it out!
