We are very honored to conduct an estate sale for Dr. Myron LeBan to sell the complete contents of the stunning home he shared with his wife, Joyce, who passed away in August of this year.
Mrs. LeBan was a docent for over 20 years at the Cranbrook Museum of Art and spearheaded an initiative in the 1980's to commission major art works to be installed in Detroit's People Mover. She was also involved in the selection of Michigan artists for their works to be installed in Beaumont Hospital.
Together, they were major supporters of art in Detroit and acquired a large collection of paintings, ceramics, and many other mediums, all displayed against a beautiful backdrop of Mid-Century & modern furnishings with a few antiques blended in.
The sale also includes a large library of art books, plus china, crystal, silver, decorative accessories, stereo equipment and electronics.
Their hobbies included gardening, and supplies and tools are included in the sale as well as yard art and outdoor sculpture.
Dr. LeBan also has an amazing workshop with state of the art equipment where he built unbelievable ship models and tinkered in other woodworking, etc. The entire workshop will be part of the sale!
