2) All items are sold "as is". Please inspect all items, prior to your purchase, no refunds will be given. All sales are final!
3) We cannot assist in removing items from the home, please bring help, to remove large items that you purchase
4) LIABILITY WAIVER The estate nor Great Lakes Estate Sales, LLC handling the estate sale are not liable for accidents or injury of any kind as a result of visiting this property. By attending the sale you knowingly release the aforementioned parties of any such liability. Visit this property at your own discretion. Please be careful and have fun!
5) WE DO NOT, AT ALL, IN RESPECT FOR THE ESTATE, HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!!!!!!!
6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.
7) We cannot guarantee the availability of any item. We do our best to update photos.
8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.
9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $10 will be added to your purchase price.

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Welcome to our Canton Estate Sale, where you can find anything and everything that you could possibly want, or need, or have been dreaming of.

We have classic vintage, and antique furniture, with more modern up to date furniture as well.  We have collections of fine vintage china sets, along with puzzles, games, planes, train and automobiles too!

We have classic train sets, tracks and boards, along with train cars, and other train accessories as well.  Books we have plenty of those as well.  Puzzles to keep you occupied for many hours.  We do have some very nice Mid Century Modern bedroom furniture as well.  And yes we also have some prized vintage furniture too.

We also will be having a gas stove, and a new stainless steel refrigerator as well for sale at this home, which is a first because we never get to sell the appliances, and they are in great condition.  Additional discounts may not be available on the appliances, as we will have them priced to sell, and in the condition that they are in, they will sell quickly, and also they will be listed on other sale sites too for maximum exposure.

This Estate Sale is going to be packed, from floor to ceiling, on each and every level, including the garage, and especially the basement as well.

So remember the day that Pandora opened up that box, and all hell broke loose?  Seems like only yesterday.....

Well the first round of pictures is upon us, and we have been opening and sorting boxes, like nobody's business.  But unlike Pandora, our boxes are filled with precious items, and fun things.  You will want to pay close attention to all the pictures too, because like we say, we can't talk about everything but each picture is worth about 1,000,000,000 words, literally speaking.

You say you like buttons?  We have boxes, and boxes and boxes, of buttons.  Red, Yellow, Green, Black and Blue, round square, and other shapes too.  Looking for a certain button for a coat, or frock?  We have you covered, we have boxes of buttons, BOXES!!!

Family game and puzzle night, we have all of those items too, from classic vintage games to the more current and modern ones as well, to puzzles in all shapes, colors and sizes.

Mid Century Modern Furniture, as well as vintage, and classic furniture too.  We also have up to date furnishings as well.  Did we make mention that this was a clean and smoke free home?  Well it is.  Now you know, and knowledge is power!

Books, along with bookcases as well, because you never know, when a good book might make an appearance on a cold chilly rainy evening.

So when it comes to glass and collectibles, we have you covered there too.  We have tables of Mid Century Modern, serving and bar pieces.  We have tables and counters filled with vintage Pyrex, and Corelle.  We have tables of vintage and Mid Century Modern figures, and the like.  And we got some green glow up in the black light glass too.  Vases, and figurines in all shapes and sizes too.

Colorful glass vases, and bowls, and cups.  We have not even got all the china unwrapped yet, but from what we can tell, it is going to be most outstanding.

As of today, being 04/09/2025 we are providing you with 169 pictures, and we are just getting started, we also have some linens, and towels, and vintage clothing as well.  We are also very thankful for the Blue Mountain Pottery that we have as well.

We have boxes of buttons ( this time around think, WWI and WWII buttons, along with infantry) to go through as well.  Some historical buttons.  Cuff links as well, many many cuff links.
