Phase 2: Living Estate Sale — Packed House Pickin’!

We’re back with Phase 2 of Dennis’s incredible 50+ year living estate sale, and this time we’re heading inside the house — and it’s packed to the rafters! While there’s still a great selection of vintage statuary and outdoor décor left from Phase 1, the real treasure hunt begins indoors. This is a true digger’s delight — every room, drawer, cabinet, and corner is filled. Come ready to take your time and explore! There are things we are not even able to unpack yet due to space restrictions. We have done our best to price everything we can. There will be signs for items that we have a lot of. Things that you may find not priced please bring to checkout and you will be priced to take home with you! 😃

• Basement full of crafting supplies including a working kiln, dolls, porcelain, china, and tons of glassware

• Vintage canes, unique smalls, VHS tapes, cassettes, and more
• All curio cabinets and most furniture are for sale
• Mix of old and new items — something for every kind of collector!!

Please Note:

The house is small and extremely full — first day of sale we will be limiting the number of people allowed inside at a time for safety and comfort.

The jewelry room will be limited to 3–4 people at a time. Numbers will be called — if that’s your first stop, be sure to check in on arrival.

Please watch your step — the space is tight and packed.
