Sale is titled DOWNSIZING SALE because it is the first of 2 sales that will happen on this property. This sale has many small items. Tools, Household, Yard. There will be a few pieces of furniture but not many at this first sale. It will be held rain or shine. All items located inside of 2 garages, tent and an additional shop. Please see all pictures for representation of what will be at the sale. The sale is located near Coleman. If you think it might not be worth the drive it will be plus there are 2 other family sales going on in Coleman at the same time.
