Cash, Credit, debit, Venmo, Apple pay are all accepted with no additional fees. You will need help for large furniture and appliance purchases to get them out of the house. 1/2 off on the final day. Line numbers will be in a box on the front porch. A dolly will be available to help you with large items. Our staff cannot help move heavy objects. Our line starts in the driveway in front of the gate to the back yard. Do not go in the yard behind the garage. No small children may go into the basement. Having fun here is required.

Large home full of vintage items, decor, uranium glass, hunting ammunition (shotgun), tools, electronic test equipment, furniture, beds, free piano, vintage toys, legacy 500 massage table, household items, table saw, radial arm saw, workshop supplies, clothes, old lathe, grinder, oscilloscopes, meters, wall art, Christmas. In the garage are vintage bikes, lighting, vintage stereo equipment, snow blower, lawn care, old compressor, craftsman bandsaw, riding mower, front loading washer and dryer (gas), refrigerator and stove (gas) lots of baseball caps, military patches and equipment costume jewelry.

This is the childhood home of a NHL player who worked for the Detroit Redwings and other teams. There is limited sports memorabilia.

We will be posting more pictures as we uncover more treasures, We have tested most of the tools and other equipment and it will be sold as is. The riding mower does not turn over due to a missing or dead battery. The push mover did not start but has good compression.

No extra charge for credit/debit cards. You will need help to get heavy items out of the house. A dolly will be available for you to use. Stay tuned for updated pics. We run organized and priced estate sales but in the event something does not have a price, please feel free to bring it to the attention of the staff. There are a lot of things in this house and we might miss some. Everything is priced to sell and don't participate in museum pricing. Resellers are welcome and shopping bags are available to use.
