Payment Terms
• Cash and Venmo only
• No credit cards, debit cards, or checks

Sale Format
• One day only: Saturday, November 22
• Doors open promptly at 8:55 AM
• First come, first served
• No holds — this sale is not staffed for that
• This is not an auction — the first fair offer accepted gets the item
• All items must go — nothing can be stored after the sale

Line-Up & Entry
• Please line up at the entry of the walkway leading to the front door
• No numbers or tickets will be given out
• Be kind and patient with others waiting

Parking
• Street parking is advised on Newport and Scripps

Pick-Ups
• Large item pick-up available through Tuesday, Nov 25
• Use the back door only for removing large items
• Please bring adequate help — some pieces require 2–4 people (mattresses, china cabinet, dining table, etc.)

Furniture Handling
• Bed frames must be uninstalled before removal
• I will not be disassembling furniture or carrying items up/down stairs
• Please come prepared with tools and extra hands if needed

Children & Pets
• No pets allowed
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Please be mindful of stairs, fragile items, and anything that could be unsafe for little hands

Bags & Packing Materials
• Boxes, packing tissue, and a limited number of bags will be provided
• Bags are for those who truly need them — please bring your own if possible

This isn’t a typical estate sale. It’s a moment of transition, restoration, and hope. Every purchase, offer, and act of kindness helps me begin again as I move into a tiny home on wheels and start fresh. Your presence genuinely matters to me, and I’m grateful for every person who steps through the door.

Ideally, nothing here will end up in a dumpster like things typically do after estate sales (it's painful, I know -- don't get me started on how wasteful we can be!).
Everything you see has lived a full life with me here throughout my time living in Alabama, California, and now in Michigan -- all through heartbreak, healing, rebuilding, and the quiet, chaotic, lonely and in love days in between. These pieces were part of this home that carried me through some of the hardest and most transformative seasons of my life over the last two years. They’ve served their purpose well, and now it’s time for them to bless someone else. It's not easy to let go, but I know that I will be better for it.

My heart desires to steward what I’ve been entrusted with.
I want these items to support families who are rebuilding, comfort people who are starting over, and bring joy to whoever needs them next. If something calls to you, ask questions, take your time, and make an honest offer that reflects what you feel is right based on what you know about certain items and the brands that they are.

I want you to feel welcome, respected, and treated fairly. I only ask the same in return.
Let’s lead with gentleness, patience, sincerity, and generosity; the way Jesus teaches. I want this to be a space where kindness outweighs transaction and where people leave feeling lighter than when they came in.

PS - thank you for your patience, ahead of time, as I will not have a ton of support at this sale. Cindy will be my cashier (she's amazing, get to know her!), Scott (Cindy's husband, will help for a little while), and my friend Lia will pop in for a few hours to support me with answering questions. And if you ever see me overwhelmed, know that it's most likely because all of this is all still so wild for me to process. Witnessing you all take hold of what is hard for me to let go of will be a release of weight and a bittersweet goodbye.
