2-Day Vehicle Liquidation Sale – Cars, Trucks, Work Vans & Commercial Vehicles – Everything Must Go

1. All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, or cancellations will be provided after a sale is completed.
2. All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, with all faults. No warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are made regarding condition, mileage, mechanical operation, safety, roadworthiness, or future performance.
3. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles before purchasing. Buyers should make their own determination regarding mechanical condition, value, and suitability.
4. All vehicles have titles. Vehicles are currently titled in the dealer’s name and must be properly transferred into the buyer’s name as part of the sale process.
5. The buyer is responsible for all applicable title transfer, registration, plate, tax, and other government fees associated with the purchase.
6. No purchased vehicle may be driven off the property, including vehicles that currently run and drive. All vehicles must leave the property by tow truck, trailer, or another appropriate method of transportation arranged by the buyer.
7. Vehicles purchased on Saturday may not be available for removal until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week due to title-transfer processing through the Michigan Secretary of State. Buyers agree to follow the pickup instructions provided by sale staff.
8. This sale is being conducted at an active impound yard. Customers must remain within the designated sale area beginning immediately at the entrance. Customers may not wander into restricted or operational areas of the property.
9. All customers must obey signs, cones, barriers, marked boundaries, and instructions provided by sale or impound-yard staff. Anyone entering a restricted area or failing to follow staff instructions may be asked to leave the property.
10. Tow trucks, vehicles, machinery, and other equipment may be operating on the property. Customers are responsible for remaining alert and maintaining a safe distance from operating vehicles and equipment. Children must remain with a responsible adult at all times.
11. Access to any vehicle located outside the designated customer area must be coordinated with sale staff. Customers must wait for permission or an escort before entering any restricted portion of the property.
12. Buyers are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of purchased vehicles. Removal must occur during the pickup period authorized by sale staff.
13. Vehicle descriptions and information provided at the sale or online are provided for convenience. Buyers should independently verify information important to their purchasing decision, including year, mileage, equipment, mechanical condition, and vehicle identification information.
14. Payment in full is required according to the payment methods accepted at the sale before a vehicle will be released.
15. By entering the property and/or purchasing a vehicle, attendees and buyers acknowledge that they have read, understand, and agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all instructions provided by sale staff.
