Large Dowling Farm and House Sale!

Absolutely no pre-sales. Early bird customers the day of the sale are to police themselves until staff arrive to pass out numbers. Must be present to get a number. One number per person. We generally arrive by 8am on Thursdays and Saturdays.

No personal bags, large purses, or oversized coats are allowed. Cash is the preferred method of payment. Debit/Credit Cards accepted. No personal checks accepted, and no $100 bills accepted. All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale. Not responsible for items left unattended while being held or after purchase. Please bring help to load heavy or oversized items. Delivery options available upon request for a fee. All motorized items are purchased as is and can be inspected prior to purchase. Must have proof of funds on offers made on vehicles. Not responsible for accidents, or lost or damaged items left unattended after purchase. No early sales or pricing quotes will be given. Items are sold as is, where is. Not responsible for items left on site after payment is made. Please follow all local practices for social distancing and stay home if you are feeling sick. During sale hours I will honor over the phone sales 1 hour after the sale opens each day if you are unable to shop during regular buisness hours.
