Please do not line up sooner than 945 am. Line up at front door. Bring your own boxes if you're buying a lot as we do not have boxes on hand. We do accept street numbers. Look for the person handing them out.

We are not responsible for any accidents, slips, trips, falls etc. Enter at your own risk. We do not move or load heavy items so please bring your own muscle. Please bring your own boxes if you plan to buy a lot.

Cash is king! We do accept credit/debit, Venmo, Cash app...etc. with a 3% fee.

Please keep children with an adult at all times. All sales are final. No refunds or returns. Please test items prior to purchase. Bring your own boxes as we don't have any on hand.

Please don't call and ask me model numbers, measurements, age, condition, etc. I am not available to locate such things.
