Packed Fenton Estate Sale

We take cash, personal local checks and credit cards for your convenience. Items are sold "as is" with no refunds. Buyer is responsible for loading items. A sign up sheet will be provided the morning of the sale. We honor “a street sign up sheet” prior to our official sign up sheet. Person who starts the street sign up sheet must remain at sale to allow others to put their name(s) on the sheet until the official sign up sheet arrives. All sales are final.
