As you walk through the front door you will enter the Living Room.

Here you will find the largest collection of Sterling Silver & Costume Jewelry we have ever carried at a sale! Esposito, Milor, Alexis Bittar, Coro & Pegasus, Joan Rivers, to name a few. We have over 100 watches You will also find the Designer Handbags here. We have Coach, Henri Bendel, Marc Jacobs, Dooney & Bourke, Kate Spade, Clever Carriage, Patricia Nash, Isabella Fiore & many more, several are NWT! We also have a jewelry box collection and sofa with loveseat.

Turn Left out of the living room into the Kitchen. The kitchen , island, and snack bar are jam packed ! You will find vintage PYREX, Corning Ware, Tupperware, Nautica dish set collab with Pfaltzgraff, Pampered Chef Utensils, Some NWT.

If you turn left again you will be in the Dining Room. The MCM table is a fabulous David Allan with a parquet top & 6 chairs made of teak with a matching china cabinet! The china cabinet is loaded with vintage china and glassware, as is the table. On the wall are three large Thomas Kinkade's: Hometown Memories, Gardens Beyond Spring Gate (Studio Numbered, Gallery Proof), Carmel Sunset on Ocean Ave (Original Pencil Sketch & Signature on back). There's also a rack of vintage linens, & a corner full of Marie Osmond collectible dolls.

Straight ahead is the Family Room. This is our art gallery with many oils on canvas, water colors, & prints. There are Albums, 45's, stereo equipment, MCM Jelly Bean coffee table Adrian Pearsall, MCM Scandinavian style Teak Wood Chairs, books, and an vintage book shelf, NWT rugs, a sofa, three recliners and much more !

There are two doors side by side in the family room. The one on the right leads to the garage garage. There you will find of rack of misc. Garage Goodies Books, Quilting Supplies & Patterns, Fat Quarters, Crafts, Games, Clothes, and Garden Goodies!

The door on the left leads to the Basement, There you will find a wall of household products; but prepare to be amazed when you see the massive amount of Old & New Department 56 North Pole, & Christmas in the City, Village Pieces & Accessories, Chez & Italian Mouth Blown Ornaments, Santa Clause's, Christmas Collectibles (Vintage & New), Linens, Throws, Stuffed Christmas Penguins, Mice, Santa's, Bears Etc. Towards the back you will find $2 clothes, and a small workshop with tools for the guys.

On the other side of the house you will find the Hall Closet LOADED with coats, Donnie Brasso faux furs, NWT's, shackets and golf apparel.

Back Right Bedroom on the right is an office. The cubes on the side wall are filled with NWT's women's tops, blouses, pants, and coats. There is one whole table with bags of office supplies, a computer, computer desk, dresser, many ladies new shoes, (size 11), vintage: silk scarves, nylons, & scarves, NWT throws & comforters & misc.

Across the Hall is the Back Left Bedroom. In the cubes are silk and cashmere scarves. There are NWT cosmetics, NWT Northern Nights king & queen sheet sets, NWT Towels and Comforters, jewelry armoire, wicker dresser, Secretary, Dresser with Mirror, Side Tables, and a closet full of NWT & lightly worn clothing.
