You enter the property AT YOUR OWN RISK, and we are NOT RESPONSIBLE for accidents or injury the days of the sale. ALL ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED BY THE END OF THE SALE, and WE DO NOT ASSIST OR MOVE ANY ITEMS. Bring your own moving men, transportation and equipment. Numbers for first day of the sale will be put out by the sale entrance NO LATER THAN 1 Hour before we open.
