***ATTENTION***
*No early entry. We will not be using any sign up sheet for this sale. We will not be honoring any sign up sheets created. We will be handing out numbers approximately 1 hr before start time (maybe a little sooner depending on our arrival). You will need to form a line in front of the sign that reads “line forms here” - located near the front door. You will then wait to receive a number by an official employee for the company or pull a ticket number from the red dispenser (looks like what is used in grocery stores) if an employee is no longer present. We will not be accepting street numbers. You will want to get in line once you arrive and wait patiently. You will need to be in line to receive a number. Once you receive a number you may leave but must be present when your number is called. One number per person. Any issues please call.
*PARKING: Please do not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes. Please do not park on the driveway or in the No Parking areas.
*Safety of our employees and our customers is important to us. Please be mindful of those around you. Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated. We will be limiting the amount of people in at a time as we don’t want to overcrowd.
*We do not give out any pricing prior to the sale (unless shown in pictures), allow presale purchases (unless notated) or offer shipping services. You just have to come & see for yourself :-)
*Reminder that you are entering the premises and any outdoor buildings at YOUR OWN RISK. REJOYCE ESTATE SALES LLC and home owner are not liable for any injuries that may arise.
*Cash and credit cards are accepted. Cash is preferred. There is a minimum purchase price of $10 to use a credit card. No Checks.
*This is a two day sale. First day is full price - no bulk buying or negotiations. Second day is half price. We will have further markdowns on remaining larger items during the “last hour” on the second day. You can also make offers and place in our bid box to be considered towards the end of each day as well.
*Loading items or the moving of heavy items is the sole responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to provide assistance. So bring some extra muscles with you if you plan on purchasing any of our larger or heavier items.
*Please note there will not be a public restroom available at the sale. Sorry.
*And of course, ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS IS WHERE IS. No returns and No Exchanges which means ALL SALES ARE FINAL. So test and look over the items thoroughly before you buy.
