This sale will take place at a private residence/estate.
The entrance and exit to the sale will be through the front door only!
Acceptable payments will include credit card (through Apple Square), Venmo Business, Personal Check (with valid Driver’s License), and…our personal favorite…cold hard cash! ☺️
!!!!IMPORTANT Sign-Up Procedure!!!!!!!!
• A sign up sheet will be put out by 6am on the first day of the sale.
• Look for the clipboard by the front door.
• Numbered cards will be handed out at the same location exactly ONE HOUR PRIOR to the start of the sale for those who have signed up by that time.
• Each individual who signs up MUST BE PHYSICALLY PRESENT ONE HOUR BEFORE THE START OF THE SALE in order to receive their number card or their position in line will be lost. There can be NO EXCEPTIONS (mechanical problems, traffic, the need for a bathroom stop, “I didn’t know”) and, for the sake of clarity, if you’re walking up to the house to get your number while I’m reading off names and your name has already been read, then you are LATE.…so PLEASE save us both a very uncomfortable and unpleasant situation and make sure you’re on time. [For the record, I will never, EVER begin the handing out of numbers early…not even one minute!].
• The signup sheet will remain available for those who arrive after the numbers have been handed out. If you hope to gain entry to the sale based on your arrival time, then your name must be on the sheet.
• Entrance to the sale will be allowed to those with numbers first (in order, of course!), and subsequently in order by the names listed on the signup sheet, and followed by those who have arrived but didn’t sign up. Please print clearly! I will leave a pen with the sign up sheet, but on cold days, it would be suggested that you also bring your own pen with you to sign up, as the pen I leave may succumb to the weather.
A bid box will be available on the first day of the sale for items priced at or above $25.
NOTE: Bids at or below 50% of the listed price will not be accepted.
This sale is considered a private estate sale, so the seller cannot be held accountable for items that are defective, missing parts, or otherwise imperfect. It is the responsibility of the buyer to check over their intended purchases prior to payment. All sales are final.

This condo isn’t big, but it sure packs a punch! The main floor and basement are loaded with vintage goodies that need a new home!!!
There are hundreds if not thousands of vintage sports cards and other sports related items and paraphernalia (*more on that below), nautical themed items including several nice genuine/authentic pieces, vintage games and toys (including metal and die cast trucks and cars), sporting equipment, books, coins (foreign and domestic), men’s watches, a cornet, and even a signed photo by Michigan’s own Ted Nugent!
Theres a number of very desirable furniture pieces as well…including a classy MCM wooden bed frame, a pair of very nice neutral brown couches, a lazy boy type recliner, a slider chair, a matching MC glass top coffee table and couch/entry table a very cute round tile patio table, a vintage wooden sleigh bed frame, a metal file cabinet, a variety of lighting, wooden dressers and end tables, wall clocks, and an incredible leather sectional that includes a recliner, sleeper bed, and storage (for remote, Kleenex, phone, etc.).
This sale also offers a very nice large Sanyo flat screen TV, Blue Ray Disk player, and VCR, as well as a small LG TV with an LG disc player, and a vintage TV/VCR Combo unit, There’s a computer monitor with an Epson printer and Honeywell paper shredder. Two small “dorm room” size refrigerators are available as well. One of the cooler vintage pieces is an old wooden cabinet radio/turn table!!!
You’ll also find kitchen items for cooking, serving, and baking …including pots, pans, dishes, bowls, a cutlery set, a Dutch Oven, crockpots, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, flatware, and a variety of additional miscellaneous items.
But that’s not all! Also looking for a new home is a Hoover vacuum cleaner, a Snap-On power washer, hand and power tools (saws, drills, ratchet/socket sets, screw drivers, etc.), a gas can, and a nice rolling Craftsman tool chest.
For those who enjoy the outdoors, there’s a vintage recurve bow (with arrows), a variety of ammo, a fully loaded fishing tackle box, some camping coolers and chairs, and a very nice and complete set of golf clubs and bag with stand!
*It’s hard to put into words the extent of the sports card collection. The majority is baseball, but there’s plenty of football as well! If those aren’t your favorite, no worries…there’s basketball, hockey, race car driving, Olympic, and even a few vintage wrestling cards. There are complete sets and individual cards available. There are brand new sets and packs of cards still in the wrapper and/or original box, many in sleeves and 3-ring binders, and some loose in boxes. 90% of the cards are from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s…but there are older cards as well as cards from the 2000’s. There’s plenty of rookie cards from the big name stars
And it’s not just cards! There’s autographs, baseballs, collectible coins, playing cards, magazines, books, holograms, stickers, magnets, and other sports related items and paraphernalia.
These aren’t just the leftovers either, you’ll find some of the biggest names in sports history here…Michael Jordan, Shaquille O’Neil, Magic Johnson, Larry Bird, Barry Sanders, Dick Butkus, Emmitt Smith, Bret Favre, Reggie White, Dan Marino, Nolan Ryan, Hank Aaron, Tony Gwynn, Greg Maddux, Ken Griffey Jr., Derek Jeter, Cecil Fielder, Alan Trammel, Al Kaline, Alex Rodriguez, Barry Bonds, Mark McGuire, and honestly…that’s just the tip of the iceberg.
For those who like cards but aren’t into sports, there’s Desert Storm cards, Empire Strikes Back cards, other movie and TV show cards, kids cards, and more!
