All items: Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do not guarantee the value, condition, or authenticity of any item. It is the sole responsibility of you, the buyer, to judge the value, condition, and authenticity of merchandise and bid accordingly. We disclaim responsibility for any opinions expressed by the auctioneer or others as to the value of any item. Please use the preview times to inspect all items prior to bidding on them. All sales are final.
Signatures: We do not guarantee the authenticity of any signature.
10% Buyer's Fee on each item won. Cash (up to $9900), personal checks (up to $2000), and credit cards (up to $2000) are accepted at the auction pickup date for payment. A cashier's check or wire transfer is needed for purchases over $9900. Credit cards, if used, will be charged a 3.5% fee; we can run your card on file if you desire.
Successful bidders will receive an email or text from Shipping Saint to schedule a pickup time.
Pickup/Removal: All items must be removed from the premises during designated Pickup Times. If you are unable to pick up during these times, please make arrangements with the auctioneer BEFORE the pick up day. There may be a handling and storage fee added if we have to store your items. If you don't pick up your items at your arranged time or contact us with other arrangements, you will be charged a disposal fee equal to our disposal fee. We will run your card if you are a no-show to the pickup. If we have to transport your items or dispose of them, we may charge you a fee. Please understand that with estates, we typically have a time limit for removal and time is of the essence for the seller.
Shipping: We do offer in-house shipping for most items. Items are shipped from our business in Phillips, not the estate. We charge the cost of shipping plus $60 an hour for packaging above the cost of packaging material. We will also work with your third-party shipper or pick-up agent (within reason). All items that can be insured will be insured. We are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please keep in mind that large items will have a large cost for shipping. Please don't bid on items that say "no shipping" and expect them to be shipped, unless you call and arrange suitable compensation or arrange for your own pick up or third party agent.
Please note that we cannot ship liquids/chemicals.
