* Bidder inspection is encouraged, items are sold AS IS.

* By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them.

* The last bid at an auction is an oral contract and is legally binding. All sales are final.

* All purchases must be paid for at conclusion of auction.

* Auctioneer is acting as agent only. The auctioneer's decision is final. Announcements by auctioneer take precedence over printed matter.

* All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed

* Auctioneer reserves the right to reject any bid at his sole discretion.

* 6% sales tax

* 13% Buyer's premium rate charged.

* Items must be picked up no later than the scheduled pick up times.

* Items left beyond scheduled pick up days will be forfeited and the auctioneer will have the right to resell to cover storage and handling fees.

*ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP DURING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE AUCTION COMPANY TO RESELL TO RECOUP LOSSES INCURRED. AUCTION HOUSE IS NOT A STORAGE UNIT FOR YOUR PURCHACES. IF YOU NEED EXTENDED TIME CONTACT US DURING SCHEDULED PICK UP TIMES AS WE ARE EASY TO WORK WITH.
