-Vintage Gardens Estate Services accepts CASH, credit cards ( additional up charge) and Venmo
** NO $100 bills.
-No prices will be given prior to sale.
-Bring your own bag if you like, but at checkout, we will empty all bags.
-Vintage Gardens Estate Services and homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site. Please watch stairs!
-There will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties on any item. Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
-Please bring help to move bigger items. We will be busy running the sale and can not help move items. Keep in mind that we do not move items.
-There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM on site. Please plan accordingly.
-If you wish to hold an item for later pick up, We require payment up front. Items not picked up within 2 hours of 2nd day closing will go up for sale again. No refund for non-picked up items. All items must be picked up before the end of the second day. No post sale pick ups. If you buy something and leave for later pick-up, we are not responsible for loss or damage to those items.
Not responsible for items lost at hold area, though we try to monitor hold area. Hold equals sold. Do not use it as a maybe area.
-We will have numbers starting at 9:00 a.m. , or before, depending on when we arrive. Line up on the first day according to how people have arrived. No lists honored. Come early if you like, but please stay behind sidewalk. DO NOT WANDER THE PROPERTY PLEASE. No other signup sheets will be honored. If you want a number, you must be there in person. Friends, spouses, etc. need a number and need to be in line to get one. We will not honor other it’s.
- Line up for day #2. There will not be a list or numbers. Same, if a day three. Line up only.
-PLEASE be respectful of the owners, neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park on neighbors lawns or in front of mailboxes. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to those who do not demonstrate good manners and kind behavior.
