We gladly accept Cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Major Credit/Debit Cards (no checks, please).
Note: A 2.5% processing fee will be added to all credit/debit card transactions.
Parking:
There is public, metered parking available on South St.
Location & Entry:
The sale will be held in the lower level of the Marlborough Building and, weather permitting, in the side yard.
Due to space limitations, only a select number of people will be allowed inside at a time. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

Friday, May 16 at 9:00 AM with 50% off most remaining items
Policies:
There will be a sign-up sheet starting at 9am on Day 1, no sign-up sheet for Day 2
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or warranties. All items are sold AS IS.
No early sales – please respect the posted times.
No public bathroom on site – per the homeowner’s request, please plan accordingly.
Bring your own muscle! We cannot guarantee assistance with moving heavy or large items. Please bring help if needed.
There will only be a limited supply of bags/boxes/packaging materials so bringing your own is recommended
