We do not offer early sales.
There will be a sign-up sheet put outside the front door one hour before opening on each sale day to allow for first-come/first-serve access to the sale at the time it opens. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. Typically this is not a long process, but be prepared to wait.
You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home. One name per line for entry only.
You MUST bring help if you intend to purchase items you cannot carry alone. We are unable to help move furniture or large equipment.
Any large furniture or equipment purchases can be picked up anytime during the sale days - with no allowance for pick ups AFTER the sale is complete unless (in rare cases) it is cleared with management.
We do offer Bids at most of our sales. Please ask staff for more details.
It is Winter. Please plan accordingly for yourself. We do not offer outdoor shelter or public bathrooms at any of our sales. The safety of yourself and care of your vehicle is also your responsibility.
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items, including furniture, must be picked up prior to the close of the last day of the sale. Any items left after the sale has closed, even if paid for, are considered abandoned and are surrendered back to the estate.

Some things to know:
Each day of our sales we put out a sign-up sheet at 9am for first entry to the home when the sale opens at 10am. We allow the maximum amount of people possible as is safe in the home or to our capacity. You should not expect a long wait at this sale.
Please bring your own labor and means for moving furniture. All purchased furniture can be picked up anytime during our sale hours: 10am-4pm Friday, 10am-3pm Saturday.
