Prices of items will not be posted prior to the sale, there will be no holds or early entry.
As always only the official K.R.S signup sheet(s) will be honored. It goes out 30 min prior to doors opening. (Any and all street numbers do not count.)
NO food, drinks, large bags/purses/backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!

We are hosting another great country estate sale in KawKawlin Michigan . This house is full of great finds! There is also some items outside in the barn.

The sign-up sheet will be out a half hour before we open each day. (8:30am)
