Livonia Estate Sale

As we are in the winter months, please do take your time. Sidewalks, driveways, and pathways, can be slippery due to snow and ice conditions. While we make certain that every possible surface is cleaned, and salted, ice can happen, so can snow. So please take that extra precaution.

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.

3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

7) A lot of time and effort went into setting this wonderful sale up. Please do be neat and respectful when looking at and putting back items. We certainly do appreciate you!

This is going to be a NO SHOES allowed in the house. Please bring comfy shoes so you can slip them on or off. Depending on the weather we will provide shoe covers, but those shoe covers do not work on wet shoes. So plan the shoe situation accordingly.

This one is going to be fun and enjoyable. Lots of great pieces of updated furniture, and lots and lots of great decorative items as well. We have a little vintage, a little antique, and some Mid Century Modern too.

We have some great items for yard decoration as well, and some great Art Deco pieces too. Off course we are going to be offering all the other fun things that you would like to see at our sales as well.

Everything is nice and clean, and neat and tidy, clean and smoke free home too. Great items for the kitchen, tea cups, tea pots, and so much more. Stay tuned for pictures, as we will be setting this one up soon.

We have so much to offer at this sale it just makes us giddy. First and foremost the yard art that we have is amazing. We have everything for Shepard's hooks, to Trellises as well. Cement benches and statues too. Wheelbarrows, and other gardening things as well. Shovels, rakes, hooks, and weed things.

Patio furniture and we also have lots of outdoor gardening items as well as soil, and such. Items in the garage that are not priced are simply going to be $2.

Inside the home you will find a wide array of items from glasses, to plates, to coffee cups and teacups, to teapots as well. The furniture that we have is impressive and also up to date too. The finer nicer things are here as well. Towels, and sheets, and pillows too.

It's is also the perfect time to gather up kitchen supplies, because before you know it, someone, somewhere is going to need to set up a kitchen in a dorm or apartment.

From sewing supplies to flannel and fleece, to fabric pieces too. We have lots of sewing items as well. And we mean lots, and that sewing table, is also for sale. Well heck the home is also for sale as well, so please inquire within.
