You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

At the request of the Estate, there will be no shoes allowed in the home.  Please wear comfy socks, or bring a pair of comfortable slippers or other shoes to wear.  This is a ranch home with a carpeted lower level, so your toes and feet will stay warm and toasty.  Again, no shoes, please and thank you!

 

And as we continue on in 2025, hard to believe that it really is 2025 already, this Estate Sale, is going to be one of a kind, with all types of wonderful items and treasures.  You know we are just getting started, and this one is going to be one of those, that just is going to be outstandingly amazing.  Yes, outstandingly amazing for the start of 2025.

We cannot say enough positive nice things about this Estate Sale.  Apparently we are setting the bar very high for 2025, and this one, again, exceeds every expectation that we have.  The home itself is like a warm welcoming hug.

When we say everything is neat and clean and in pristine condition, we are not at all exaggerating.  Everything has been washed and pressed and folded, or dry cleaned, properly labeled, and tucked away neatly.

If you have high expectations of Estate Sales, with fair and honest pricing, do not at all pass this one up.

We do have a custom made, one of a kind original organ that is also going to be available, and the Estate has also authorized that we can do a pre-sale of this one of a kind original prior to the sale going live, and public.

We have lots of varied treasures at this home, which is remarkably amazing.  Everything from outstanding collectibles, to Mid Century Modern pieces, from all the cool furnishings from the 1950's, 1960's, and 1970's and more.

Clean and neat, and when you enter the home, it is like a welcoming hug.  Please do look at every single picture that we are offering.

We are so excited about this sale.  From the Bassett Furniture, to all the Coca Cola memorabilia, some of which is all internal, and all of what collectors are looking for, and which have never been used or touched.
