Please bring movers for large furniture, assistance lifting not provided. Large furniture purchases can schedule a pick up on a later date.
Sale will limit number of guests entering home at one time. Please read the bulletin board and grab a number. Numbers will be called in order starting with 1-15. Once those guests have been assisted and dispersed through the home, we will allow more people to enter. Doors will open promptly at 10. Please be in line with your number when doors open.
All sale are final. Please fully inspect all items before purchase as refunds will not be given once payment is made.
Owner is not responsible for any accidents on property. Please be cautious and courteous of others while browsing.
Certain sales will have a ‘you break it, you buy it’ policy. Please read bulletin board for specific sale details.
