�� Estate Sale Guidelines – Please Read Before Attending!
At Rapid Cash Real Estate, we want your shopping experience to be smooth, safe, and enjoyable. Please review the following reminders and terms before attending our sale:
�� Entry & Sign-In Process
No early entry. Sale opens at the advertised time only.
No sign-up sheets or street numbers will be honored.
Line up near the sign labeled “Line Forms Here” by the garage.
Entry will be granted by an official Rapid Cash Real Estate employee only.
If there is a large line in the morning, we will limit the number of people inside at a time to ensure a safe and comfortable shopping experience.
Staff will not arrive until 30 minutes before the sale begins. Please do not walk around the property, peek through windows, ring the doorbell, or knock. The homeowners may still be residing in the home — please be respectful of their space and privacy.

�� Payment
Cash only. No checks, credit cards, Venmo, or other digital payments accepted.
We use counterfeit detection devices on all cash transactions.
⚠️ Terms of Sale
All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.
All items are sold as-is, where-is, with no warranties expressed or implied.
We do not offer pricing before the sale, presales, or shipping (unless noted).
No public restrooms available. Please plan accordingly.
�� Discount Schedule
Day 1: Full price, no bulk discounts or negotiation.
Day 2: 35% off most items. Some higher-value items may be discounted at a lesser percentage. Reasonable offers will be considered on remaining items.
�� Moving & Loading
Buyers are responsible for moving and loading their purchases.
We may assist with items under 100 lbs, but bring help for heavy or bulky items.
��️ Safety & Liability
You are entering the property and any outbuildings at your own risk.
Rapid Cash Real Estate LLC and the property owner are not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages.
We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers inside at one time for safety reasons.
Inappropriate behavior is not tolerated — be respectful of staff and other customers.
