All items won must be picked up on Friday, September 12 by appointment between 1-6 pm in Midland, Michigan. Limited shipping. All items sell as-is with no warranty or guaranty. Osborne Auction Service LLC is not responsible for accidents before, during or after the auction. Auctioneer acts as selling agent only and assumes no guarantees or liabilities. All items must be removed by buyer on the scheduled pick up date. There is no access to this house after pick up day and we will not move items to another location for pick up.
