All items won must be picked up by appointment on Saturday, October 18 or Sunday, October 19 in Midland, Michigan. Limited shipping. All items sell as-is with no warranty or guaranty. If you have a question regarding an item please email osborneauctions@gmail.com. Preview appointments can be made by calling/texting 989-600-6008. Osborne Auction Service LLC is not responsible for accidents before, during or after the auction. Auctioneer acts as selling agent only and assumes no guarantees or liabilities. All items must be removed by buyer on the scheduled pick up dates. The house has sold so there is no access to this house after pick up days and we will not move items to another location for pick up.
