PAYMENT.
INVOICES: DO NOT CONTACT THE AUCTION UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND READ THE INVOICE EMAIL. SUCCESSFUL BIDDERS WILL RECEIVE THEIR INVOICES BY EMAIL ON THE AFTERNOON OF THE BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING THE AUCTION. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM OR JUNK FOLDER IN THE CASE YOU DO NOT SEE THE EMAIL IN YOUR INBOX.
PAYMENT FOR ITEM TOTAL IS DUE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE AUCTION. No lots will be released until payment in full has been made. Payment (in U.S. funds) may be made via personal check or money order, PayPal or Bank Wire Transfer. There will be a 4% service fee for PayPal transactions and a $35 service fee for Bank Wire Transfer.
Unpaid accounts 15 days post-sale are subject to a 2% monthly finance charge; administrative fees may also apply. Each returned check is subject to a $50 service charge. Merchandise not removed within 2 weeks of the sale is subject to a storage fee.
INTERNET BIDDING. Our Company is providing Internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Our Company or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Our Company will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid are acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Our Company reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
