5) WE DO NOT, AT ALL, IN RESPECT FOR THE ESTATE, HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM. NO EXCEPTIONS, PLAN ACCORDINGLY!!!!!!!!
6) NO LARGE BAGS, please leave them in your car, or check them at the cashier area, we cannot stress this enough. Please check your large bag at the cashier area. We have ample space for holding your items.

8) We do honor street numbers. The first person in line will pass out numbers. We do not pass our numbers, but we do honor street numbers.
9) Bring assistance when removing furniture from the home, we are limited in the amount of help we can give when it comes to removing furniture from the home. If you require assistance to move furniture out of the home, a charge of $10 will be added to your purchase price.

Yes, you read that correctly.  $5 cover charge, per person, here are the rules and the details:

The cover charge is $5.  All items that you can remove from the house, are going to be FREE.  Yes your $5 cover charge gets you into the home, and all items are free that you can carry out in one trip.  Multiple entries will not be allowed, unless you pay an additional cover charge for each entry, which again will be $5

1)  Per person the cover charge is $5.  If paying by credit card the charge will be $5.15.  The cover charge is per person.
2)  All items that you can carry out in one trip, are going to be FREE.  You are solely responsible for the safe removal of all items.
3)  There will be no holds, and no multiple trips are allowed.
4)  You must carry all items out of the house.  You cannot hand off items, bring large bags and get creative
5)  Once you exit the house, you will be charged another $5 to gain entry again
6)  All items in the garage and the barn are going to be free.  Items in the garage and the barn, will need to go directly into your vehicle 
     prior to entering the home.

Yes, this is a Great Lakes Estate Sales, LLC exclusive first.  We like to have fun, and keep things fresh, so we are trying something new.

 

 

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Remember when we said we like to make things fun and exciting, and cool, and awesome, and outstanding, well, welcome to that next level.  And no, you are not seeing double, well, kinda you are.  Yes, we have back to back Estate Sales, happening just West of Downtown Northville.  This is going to be considered Estate Sale #2, so follow the signs (which we had custom made just for these two sales).  These two sales are going to make for one extraordinary weekend!!

One is on the North side of West Main Street the other is on the South side of West Main Street, and both are about 2 blocks apart. And all the teams are out for these sales.  And we mean all the teams!!  Both homes are for sale as well, so please do inquire within at both sales, because each one of the properties is unique, and outstanding.

Today is 04/25/2025, and we are just getting started on this one, and as you know, pictures will be forthcoming once we get moving, but in the meantime, we can tease you with these.

This one is turning out to be very exciting.  It is going to be a whole lot of fun.  It is going to be part treasure hunt, part, hide and seek, and for the most part, a very impressive Estate Sale.  We have so many wonderful items to share with you, that the pictures will tell almost all of the story here on this sale.

Call it what you will, but we have so many vintage, antique, modern and up to date finds at this sale it is incredible, just incredible.
