You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5)  Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell.  We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate.  If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6)  Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

 

Remember when 2024 started, which was last year, which of course if your reading this now it is still 2024, but we are now focusing on 2025.  So with that being said................................drum roll please!!!!!!!

Welcome to our first Estate Sale of 2025, and welcome to Northville.  OK, so in 2024 we said, "We promise to bring you not only the most exciting Estate Sales, but Estate Sales with lots of fun and wonder".  And we did!!

We never thought that we would be kicking off 2025 with this most remarkable sale.  And truth be told, this sale is setting the standard for 2025.  This sale is packed!!  For a lovely ranch home, this one is holding a remarkable amount of finds, and treasures.

From the moment we met the Estate, and they committed to Great Lakes Estate Sales, we 1000% knew this was certainly meant to be!!!  And the best ever way to start off 2025!

Alright, we have some very impressive items to kick off this first sale of 2025.  We do have a Steinway upright piano, in pristine condition, along with a Mink Fur Coat.  Both items have been carefully and fully research, and are authentic.  The Mink Coat does have numerous certificates of appraisal's and again, in impeccable condition, and cared for outstandingly.  You can see all the pictures that certify this item as authentic and original.

As for the Steinway Upright Piano, again, this piece is in outstanding condition, and has been verified with the Steinway company, here is what the company sent to us in regards to verification:

In the interest of the Estate, the Steinway Upright Piano listed on other sites, to get the maximum exposure for this piano.  We are authorized to pre-sale these items, prior to the Estate Sale.  If spoken for prior to the Estate Sale, then the pictures, along with the descriptions will be removed

You are going to be 100% responsible for removing, paying, and carefully taking the piano out of the home, we can offer no assistance with the removal of the piano.

Every room, every corner, every table, every shelf, holds the most remarkable items, and the best part, the home will also be available for sale too, so please do inquire within.  Everything is going to be for sale.  That beautiful corner cabinet holding all those amazing treasures....yes the corner cabinet is going to be for sale as well as all those amazing treasures too.

We also have a great collection of Bakelite bracelets and jewelry as well.  We have lots and lots and lots of costume jewelry as well, including rings, necklaces, earrings ( almost all of the earrings are clip on, or post twists), and bracelets, broches too!!!  Lots and lots of costume jewelry

Every room is going to be unique, every item is authentic and original, from large to small, all of these treasures say it all.

And do not be shy about grabbing all those bolts of fabric, buying fabric by the armload is the new thing!!!  It really is, just ask Grandma!!

Now, with as many items that we have, please do not at all shy away at all from the table, piano, desk, or cabinet that is holding these wonderful items.  We can certainly move items around, and make sure that you get that piece of furniture that you would like.

The important thing to remember is that you really do need to look at every single picture, every single detail of every picture, because we cannot stress enough, that a picture is worth 1,000 words, especially for this Estate Sale.  Especially those pink cupboards, located on the lower level.

Please do take a look at every single picture.  We have so many items that are in remarkable condition, it is going to be hard to take individual pictures of them all.  Again, everything is for sale.

We have lots of Great Americana items, florals and more.  Vintage Corelle, and vintage Corelle serving pieces too.  Large, medium and small jars too.

For those with visual impairments, we are super excited to offer a nice selection of electronic devises, along with a small selection of walking canes too.  Again, please do look at all the pictures, for every item that we have.  We do our best to update, and list items, in a fair and honest fashion.  Also, please, we love to answers questions as well.

Music boxes, and cleaning supplies.  Vintage and antique furniture too.  We have so much packed into every room, nook, and corner, tour the entire home, and at every turn, something new and amazing awaits.

So in regards to this amazing sale, we could not be more happier with the amount of wonderful vintage and antique pieces, and furniture as well.  Fisher Price toys, we even have the boxes to go with most of them too.  Those wooden puzzles are simply amazing as well.  Matchbox cars and cases as well!!

Need chairs?  Wooden ones, metal ones, ones you can't sit in ones?  Upright ones, folding ones, plastic ones, and metal ones, we have more chairs than we have ever seen, and it is simply amazing!

Again, your going to have to take your time going through this Estate Sale, we have a packed home!!!  We cannot stress this enough that you will have to look up and down and all around at this sale.  Every possible square inch of space is packed.

If you are a lover of anything cats, we have it for you.  The vintage figurines that we have are outstanding.  To all the Grandma's out there that had a Siamese cat, we have those for you too.  We've said this many times, please do take a look around at everything. We have vintage EVERYTHING, including luggage, which is hiding under the tables, so do not miss out, this is going to be one for the record books.
