MASSIVE estate sale!

This will likely be our final weekend for this sale. We’ve continuously been putting new items out throughout this sale, and we’ve again added many more new items the last few days as we gear up for this weekend.

Many items will be 50% off the tagged price. Certain categories are exempt from this, and they include:

·       Clothes

·       Shoes/hats

·       Jewelry

·       Trinket Boxes/small collectable clocks

·       Build-A-Bear

·       Purses/wallets

·       Ribbon

·       Furniture

The Estate has priced things very fairly, most items are way below their value. Shoes are mostly $5/each. Most clothing is brand new, and about 10% of its original ticket price. Purses range between $5-$20. Wallets are $10 each unless otherwise tagged. Build-A-Bear are $5/each or 5 for $20. There are certain items that the estate would rather donate than go any lower in pricing, so please be respectful.

Here’s the schedule:

Thursday October 23: Open 10-5

Friday October 24: Open 10-5      

Saturday October 25: Open 11-3

The sale is mainly outside in the garage/driveway/backyard. We will allow a few people inside at a time only in designated areas of the house. It’s mainly furniture, shoes, and clothing that we’re displaying inside.

Here is what you should expect to see:

·       Purses/wallets: Several bins at different price points, from $5-$20. Brands include Betsy Johnson, Calvin Klein, Alfani, Nine West, Liz Claiborne, Giani Bernini, Bebe, Crossi, and more.

·       Over 100 pairs of size 11 shoes (a few size 9-10, name brand, most are brand new) and hundreds of pieces of high end clothes, most new with tags and from Macy’s. Sizes for clothes include 14, 16, XL, 1X (there are some smaller sizes that were brought in as well, but mostly those larger sizes). Brands include Tommy Hilfiger, Jones New York, Anne Klein, Lord & Taylor, DKNY, Michael Kors, Calvin Klein, Ralph Lauren, Laundry by Design, Donna Ricco, Charter Club, Vince Camuto, Adrianna Papell, Sperry, Baretraps, and more...’

·       Hundreds of pieces of jewelry, all organized and bagged. Mainly costume pieces. Most are $5/each or 3 for $12.

·       Over 100 collectable trinket boxes, price as marked

·       Tons of Dreamsicles and Precious Moments

·       About 2 boxes left of Build-A-Bear stuffed animals, and lots of spare clothes/accessories. Bears are $5/each or 5 for $20. Clothes and accessories vary, but many are $2/each.

·       Kitchenware of all sorts, including tons of vintage dishes and themed plate sets (Debbie Mumm is one brand we’ve got for Easter, Halloween and Christmas)

·       Beautiful vases

·       A huge collection of themed salt & pepper shakers, as well as fun cheese spreaders

·       So much holiday decor! Tons of Fall (Thanksgiving), Halloween, Christmas, St. Patrick, Valentine’s, Easter, Americana. Most are vintage, many purchased from craft stores/stalls, or small businesses!

·       Wedding themed items, such as dolls, collectible knick knacks and other gifts

·       Porcelain dolls, some made by the owner of the Estate and others are collectables

·       TONS of doll clothes and accessories, including American Girl

·       An incredible amount of greeting cards and stationery, and some other papercrafting supplies. Photo albums, list pads, notebooks, etc.

·       Some office supplies, like file folders, binders, and plastic sheets

·       A handful of table lamps left

·       Outdoor umbrellas. I believe we have two brand new in box

·       Brand new in box jewelry box that hangs on wall

·       Brand new baby playpen

·        Dozens of throw pillows, mainly brand new

·       Lots of Christmas ornaments. I believe there is one tree left (smaller, 3 ft)

·       Dog grooming supplies (small table, brushes,scissors, shaving pieces, and dozens of grooming outfits in cute patterns)

·       I have added LuLaRoe Halloween tops and leggings to the giant assortment of clothes we already have. Kids and adult sizes.

·       Apple and Flamingo décor. If you know anyone who teaches, or loves flamingos, we’ve got a ton.

·       Toys and board games

·       Baby items, including stroller, clothes, toys, two beautiful cribs, and more

·       Wall décor, some beautifully framed art pieces and some cute/casual canvas prints

·       So many candles and candlesticks/candle holders

·       A few shelves full of ladies hats. Most are priced at $7/each or 2 for $10

·       Free bins!

·       LOTS OF VINTAGE!

·       Many other things, simply can't list them all

The house is located in Novi, off 9 mile RD. between Meadowbrook and Novi. Signage will be posted Thursday morning. If the signs are missing, that’s likely due to the city taking them down. They’ve done so 3 times.
