You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1) There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2) Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public. So please pay attention to the signs. If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed. Let's not make this weird.

3) You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture. Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house. But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4) This is going to be a simply remarkable Estate Sale, and we are excited to bring it to you.

5) Please be respectful of the pricing, we price items to sell. We do discounts, according to what the Estate wants, again please respect the Estates decision, and the fact that we are under contract with the Estate. If you continue to pressure us for additional discounts, above what is advertised, your items will be returned to the sales floor.

6) Any altering of prices, for example, removing or switching price tags, will result in criminal prosecution.

This is going to be one of two sales that we will be doing on the same weekend. This one will be in Oscoda, and the other one will be about four miles north in Greenbush.

We just want to let you know in advance, that this sale is going to be packed. We will have everything displayed that is for sale, and please do understand that everything is going to be for sale. So this means, if you see a dresser with display items on them, the dresser is for sale, and we would be happy to provide assistance, in removing those items, so you can buy the dresser, table, kitchen table, chair, stool, desk or shelving, or bookcases. We do mean that everything is for sale, all of it. AND, we also have lots and lots of free items too.

Please do understand that some of the items are not going to be priced. We are offering fill a bag for some items, and bulk pricing for others as well. We are also going to be honoring 10 for $1 floral picks, $1 BOOKS, and FREE MAGAZINES.

We just simply ask that you please be honest, and we will honor your words.

This Oscoda sale is going to be packed!! And we do mean packed!! This will be, to date, the biggest undertaking that we have ever had to do. The home is clean and smoke free, also pet free, and we do mean that we will be having lots to bring people.

The 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom 1,494 square foot home is also going to be for sale too, and just minutes to Lake Huron, with your own Private Beach Access.

Today is July 5th, 2025 and we are just getting started and we have not even begun to unpack things yet!!! Again, this one is going to be packed.
