TWO DAY SALE! Cash, local checks with ID and Venmo. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT OR DEBIT CARDS.
PLEASE NOTE THE TIME OF OPENING AND CLOSING ON DAY 1. WE HAVE ADJUSTED OUR TIME SO PEOPLE WHO WORK DURING THE DAY CAN ATTEND THE SALE AFTER WORK!
Day 1: numbers will be passed out at 11:00am up until opening. If you are not in line when your number is called, you will forfeit your place in line.
Day 2: there will not be numbers. Please line up by 9:50am. We will start the sale promptly at 10:00am. Most items will be 50% off on Day 2, but some items will not be.

By entering the property, you agree with these terms. We cannot be responsible for any lost or damaged items, items left unattended, or items left on-site after payment. All items are sold “As is, where is.” There are no guarantees or warranties, expressed or implied.
You must bring help to load items into your vehicle. Staff will not be able to assist you with loading.
Cameras are in use. By entering the premises you agree to be photographed, voice recorded and/or videotaped. Shoplifting will not be tolerated.Please respect your fellow customers, staff and neighbors. Remember we are only guests on the property.
Valuables, ammunition, firearms and jewelry are never left on site.
