Prices are firm on the first day, at 25% off. We may consider reasonable offers on subsequent days. No early birds—doors open at the advertised time.

3. Cash & Card Payments
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. A processing fee does apply to card payments. No personal checks accepted.

4. Buyer Responsibility
Once you purchase an item, it is your responsibility. We do not provide moving or loading assistance—please bring help for heavy or bulky items.

5. No Holds or Reserves
We do not hold items without full payment. First come, first served.

6. No Large Bags, Backpacks, or Strollers Inside
To ensure a smooth shopping experience and prevent accidents, large bags, backpacks, and strollers are not permitted inside the home.

9. Parking
Please park legally. Follow all posted signs and directions.

10. Security Measures
Surveillance cameras will be in use. Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
