-Bring your own bag if you like, but at checkout, we will empty all bags.
-Vintage Gardens Estate Services and homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site. Please watch stairs!
-There will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties on any item. Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
-Please bring help to move bigger items. We will be busy running the sale and can not help move items. Keep in mind that we do not move items.
-There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM on site. Please plan accordingly.
-If you wish to hold an item for later pick up, We require payment up front. Items not picked up within 2 hours of 2nd day closing will go up for sale again. No refund for non-picked up items. All items must be picked up before the end of the second day. No post sale pick ups. Holds will be monitored and will be returned if left more than 2 hours.
-We will have numbers starting at 9:00 a.m. , or before, depending on when we arrive. Line up on the first day according to how people have arrived. No lists honored. Come early if you like, but please stay behind sidewalk. DO NOT WANDER THE PROPERTY PLEASE. No other signup sheets will be honored. If you want a number, you must be there in person. Friends, spouses, etc. need a number and need to be in line to get one. We will not honor other it’s.
- Line up for day #2. There will not be a list or numbers. Same, if a day three. Line up only.
-PLEASE be respectful of the owners, neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park on neighbors lawns or in front of mailboxes. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to those who do not demonstrate good manners and kind behavior.

A to Z could be Alpacas to Zester or Apples to Zip-up coat. It is all here! This former Alpaca farm is full of treasures! A true estate sale that has something for everyone. You will find vintage and antique items, collectibles, books, Roseville pottery, and some finer pieces! Primitives, a vintage 1984 Tiger World Series T-shirt, a rare Vintage Lou Lou poodle stuffed toy, some rocks and minerals, vintage 80-90’s T shirts, some authenticated art and llama items make this sale extra-special. Furniture items include: recliners, ( one motorized!) beds, bedroom night stands and dressers, couches, desks-including a desk that folds up into a square cabinet- and more. Due to space issues, some furniture may be sold ahead, (keep watch on Marketplace). Abundant kitchen items and small appliances, a garage that includes a snowblower, and other yard equipment, a workshop with tools, yard art, bird feeders and so much more! There are vintage clothes and name brand updated clothes, art supplies, electronics, vintage quilts and linens. There is an apple collection, cat collection, hand made pottery, art, beautiful glass lamps ( some crystal, some mission style leaded, some antique). Photos will be added up to sale date as we discover more.
