* No numbers or sign up sheet will be on premises. We may need to limit number of people initially admitted to the house.

* Cash and Venmo accepted.

* You must bring help for moving furniture and other larger items. We will have a dolly for use. There will be some boxes, bags and wrap for fragile items but you may want to bring your own.

* All items must be removed by the end of the sale.

* We will not respond to price inquiries prior to the sale nor will any items be sold prior to the sale.

* All sales are final and items sold as is.

* You are entering the home/property at your own risk -- the homeowner and family are not responsible for accidents.

This is a last minute, one day, family run sale in a home has been occupied by the same family since the early 1970's. Many items, especially in the garage, will not be priced. We will have staff to give prices on items not priced but please be patient. Negotiations on bulk sales and larger items will be considered. We will add more items to the description and photos as the week goes on.
