This is a 3 Day Sale - Day 1 - Listed Price, Day 2 - 25% off Listed Price, Day 3 - 50% off listed price. A small amount of furniture will NOT reduce in price over the days of the sales.
There will be a sign-up sheet put out one hour before the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home. One name only per line on the sign up sheet.
We accept CASH, CREDIT CARD and CASH APP only. Checks are not accepted.
Bring help to load large items, we will not have anyone on hand to move heavy items.
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items must be picked up prior to the close of the sale.
No early sales, Please do not call for pricing before the sale, all items are first come first serve.
