Wonderment in the Woods

There will be a sign-up sheet put outside the front door one hour before the sale to allow for first-come/first- serve access to the sale. Customers will enter the home according to the order on the sign-up sheet. You MUST be present to sign in for first entry to the home. One name per line for entry only.

Street Parking is available. Do not block street or driveways. Please see signage for details.

This is a hybrid sale & takes place both inside and outside. We suggest you plan accordingly.

We accept CASH, CREDIT CARD, APPLE PAY and CASH APP only. Checks and Venmo are not accepted.
***Bring help to load large items, as we will not have anyone on hand to move heavy items. ***
Next Chapter and the homeowners are not responsible for accidents to people or things.
All sales are as is with no refunds or exchanges.
All purchased items, including furniture, must be picked up prior to the close of the last day of the sale.
We do not offer early sales.
