This is a CASH ONLY sale. We will not accept checks or credit cards. There will be 7 people allowed in the home/garage at a time. We will not quote prices for items over the phone or by email. We are NOT responsible for accidents. Enter sale at your own risk. No Food or Drinks will be allowed inside the sale. Our company does research and price items to the best of our ability. All items are sold as is and no refunds or exchanges given. Numbers will be given out at 9:30 A.M. and the doors will open at 10 A.M. We do not own the items therefore we are subject, to some degree, as to the owners ultimate actions as it relates to availability. There will be a layaway table available for your convenience. Royal Oak Police Department will giving any shoplifters a free ride to jail. We look forward to seeing you at our sale!
