Payment Types:
Cash, Cashapp, Apple Pay, PayPal (more may be options. May be available soon)

Loading Items:
-you are responsible for loading all items. If a large item is bought, we will instruct you on how to remove it from the premises.
-we will provide grocery bags for purchased items if needed (we may run out).

Sales Ethics:
-ALL items are first come first serve.
-there will be NO HOLDS unless a payment is made. If you do not pick the item up by the end of the day we will keep the item and relist it. No refunds will be available.
-All items are sold AS IS. Please bring your own batteries or come back with power supplies (it needed) to test your items before checkout if available.
-OUR PROMISE:
We will NOT sell anything until our first day we are open. ALL items pictured will be available for sell in person.

Other Rules:
-NO big bags allowed. Only small purses are allowed in.
-ONLY enter and exit through the front door.
-You break it you buy it (the item itself, or damage to the home when removing items/ going through the house).
-Do not go upstairs or downstairs. We will try to have all items on the main floor or on the front porch.
-Please be RESPECTFUL & KIND
