Day 1

• We will open the house at 8:45 a.m. and remain open until 4 p.m. 
• After 3 p.m., we will take in-person offers on furniture and higher-priced pieces over $100.

Day 2

• We open at 8:45 am; everything is 50% off.
• At noon, it is "make a pile, make a fair offer." The bigger the pile, the better the deal. It's all got to go!  
• We close at 2 pm

Cash Is King! This Is a Cash only Sale

We honor a street list for entrance at the sale opening on both days. The first person at the sale starts the list and has to maintain it (or pass it on to someone else) until the beginning of the sale. Please don't bring us the list when we arrive; we are too busy to monitor it. Thank You
